The book rest lamp makes for a great household decoration.

The light it bright enough to provide ample light next to your couch or bed and not be too bothersome. It's easy to turn off and on and its easy to set up. Most books fit perfectly on the top of the lamp.

The Book Rest Lamp is glass which makes it kind of dangerous for a space where you have kids playing or running around. But if you keep it somewhere like a bedroom or next to a couch.
