Returns and Refunds

 

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

Defective or Damaged: If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 1 week of receipt of order. If a refund is requested, the original shipping charges will be refunded.

 General Returns: We will accept general returns for 30 days from order receipt. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Please contact us for a return authorization. Please note, shipping is non-refundable.

Holiday Gift Returns: Holiday gift Items purchased in November and December for gifts may be returned by January 31st.
